Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or preferred sweetener)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.
  2. Fold in the blueberries and poppy seeds gently.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
