- 2 large eggs

- 2 strips of bacon or sausage patty

Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Cook bacon or sausage in a pan until crispy, or bake in the oven.
- In the same pan, scramble or fry the eggs to your liking.
- Add cheese on top of the eggs to melt slightly.
- Assemble the sandwich: place the protein on the bottom slice of bread, followed by the eggs and cheese, then add any optional toppings.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and enjoy warm.
