Description
A protein-packed, guilt-free version of the classic Twix bar using creamy cottage cheese, natural caramel, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup soft dates
- 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or oats
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers or oats with melted coconut oil and press into a dish to form the crust.
- Blend cottage cheese with maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the blended cottage cheese over the crust layer evenly.
- Blend soft dates with nut butter and vanilla to create the caramel layer and spread it on top of the cream layer.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the top layer.
- Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use full-fat cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Use silicone molds or loaf pans for easy removal.
