- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain the excess fat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese to the skillet; stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk if necessary and continue to stir on low heat until smooth.
