Description

Deliciously seasoned and baked turkey wings with crispy skin and juicy meat, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Whole turkey wings, separated into drumettes and wingettes: 3-4 pounds
  • Chicken or turkey stock: 1-2 cups
  • Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Paprika: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Onion powder: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried parsley: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dry the turkey wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the turkey wings well with the seasoning mix and let marinate for 5-30 minutes.
  5. Place the wings in a baking dish and pour chicken stock around the edges.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to crisp the skin.
  8. Baste the wings with pan juices occasionally for added moisture.
  9. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil them for 5-10 minutes after baking.
