Ingredients
- Whole turkey wings, separated into drumettes and wingettes: 3-4 pounds
- Chicken or turkey stock: 1-2 cups
- Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Paprika: 1-2 teaspoons
- Garlic powder: 1-2 teaspoons
- Onion powder: 1-2 teaspoons
- Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Dried rosemary: 1 teaspoon
- Dried parsley: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dry the turkey wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the turkey wings well with the seasoning mix and let marinate for 5-30 minutes.
- Place the wings in a baking dish and pour chicken stock around the edges.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Baste the wings with pan juices occasionally for added moisture.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
For extra crispy wings, broil them for 5-10 minutes after baking.
